How To Change Each Day

How can I change my life step by step?
Are you ready to grow? Are you ready to achieve and get what you want? Are you tired of living in despair? The first thing is to be happy with what you got. It is hard to be happy when there are so many distractions all over you but you have to stop worrying yourself with fear. You must make a commitment to be happy right now with all that you got no matter how big or small.
 Give yourself one day to write down what makes you happy. Sit in a quiet room or somewhere where you can have your full attention to yourself and take a deep breath. Think about your goals and dreams and say it is possible. Do that for five minutes and clear your thoughts.
STEP1
1.       Get yourself a  notebook
2.       Write down the list of things you have put off or wanted to do or wanted to accomplish or didn’t get the time to do or anything that comes in mind.

1.      Cleaning my room
2.      Arranging my clothes
3.      Throw/Sell unwanted stuff
4.      Arranging my files
5.      Going to gym
6.      Watching what I eat
7.      Lose weight
8.      Learning to drive
9.      Learning new skills
10.  Writing a business plan
11.  Reading books
12.  Listening to motivational speakers
13.  ……
3.       Before you go to bed the night before, write down one thing from the list that is easy to do for tomorrow. Developing a habit of doing something helps you to eliminate procrastination. If you want to win in life you have to believe in yourself that you can do the small things first.

4.       When you wake up read the “To do list”. Don’t think about it just do it.
5.       By the end of the day reward yourself.
6.       Repeat 3-5 until you finish your list
STEP 2.
After a couple of days or weeks or months you get the hang of doing things and when that happens, you want to do more. The ones that you did is a stepping stone that you can do things, so now it is time to move on to bigger things in life. Have a goal and then plan to achieve your goal. A goal should be something that motivates us to strive for and pursue it for however long it takes. Have a target in life and be certain about your goals.
1.       Write down your goals
2.       Ask yourself how bad do you want it?
3.       Plan each goal to achieve it
4.       Each day work on your plan
